Mystic Love Tarot (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.mysticlovetarot.com website (the “Service”). This page describes the Service and informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

DISCLAIMER
Readings are for entertainment and guidance only. The decision as to whether or not you will act on anything that we do or don’t tell you is yours alone and we cannot be held responsible for your decision. Our tarot readings and coaching must not be used in place of professional advice when such advice is appropriate.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Service means the www.mysticlovetarot.com website (“the Site”) operated by Mystic Love Tarot through which we carry out online recorded tarot card readings as well as providing training through online courses and webinars. By using the Service you acknowledge that all readings and any guidance arising therefrom are provided solely for the purpose of entertainment or assistance with your problems. They do not provide a prediction as to your future.

Readings, webinars and courses are to be booked and paid for in advance using the booking facilities and secure payment facility through PayPal on the Site. Save as appears in these terms, refunds will not be given for readings and recordings already carried out. Please make sure our services are what you require. You can email us with queries, check the Site or visit our YouTube channel for more information.

You have the right to cancel a booking for a refund for a readings at any time within 14 days after the date of you making the Booking, (subject to: the cancellation being made in email or via the web page; and the reading not having been delivered to you,) in which case the full amount remains payable. Outside of this 14 day period no Reading can be cancelled unless you provide more than 48 hours advance notice before they are scheduled to take place in which event we will refund your payment. We are entitled to charge our full fee for cancellation on shorter notice. At the time of booking we aim to give an indication of when the reading is planned to take place and therefore made available to you. There can however be no guarantee that such delivery time can be met but we will advise you of any likely delay. In the event of an unreasonable delay, you will be entitled to a refund should you decide to cancel the reading.

Bookings for courses and webinars cannot be cancelled (other than within the 14 day period after the date of you making the booking and even then only subject to the date of the course or webinar not having passed) and we will not otherwise refund any advance payments in the event of a cancellation or a failure to attend the online training course or webinar. The time scheduled for your course or webinar will have been reserved in anticipation of your using it and we will not be able to fill any vacancies on your part. You will not be able to apply any advance payment to a subsequent booking.

ETHICAL DEALING
In respect of all services provide by us we operate according to a strict code of ethics.

• As compassionate Tarot and psychic readers, we are open-minded and non-judgemental treating all of our clients with courtesy and respect.
• All readings are carried out with integrity; we are honest about our skills and abilities. If we feel that we cannot help you with a question or concern, we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity and refund your payment in full.
• We cannot answer questions relating to legal, financial or health (including pregnancy) matters as we do not have any qualifications in these fields.
• We have a genuine intention to help you with your situation; we aim to ensure that our readings contain a lot of practical and down-to-earth guidance.
• We do not knowingly read for clients under the age of 18.
• Readings are carried out online by a person with experience. They are not computer generated and do not make use of artificial intelligence or automation.
• We will aim to answer any questions which you might have arising from a reading and we will aim to provide any necessary clarification.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RETENTION OF MATERIAL
We will retain all intellectual property rights in any material contained on the Website including, but not limited to, video recordings and webinars. Such material may not be distributed by you without our express consent given in writing. We reserve the right to delete any online content including video recordings after two months from the date on which it is posted to the Website or other Media.
